Для этого в ДИСПЕТЧЕРЕ УСТРОЙСТВ щёлкните по этому устройству правой кнопкой мыши и дайте команду "Обновить драйвер".
В окне мастера выберите "Установка из указанного места"
Затем переключите на "Я сам выберу нужный драйвер":
А в следующем окне должна стоять галочка "Только совместимые устройства":
Далее система просто заново установить драйвер вашего дисковода поверх повреждённого.
Желательно после всего перезагрузиться.
